Quentin Boutique Hotel - Berlin

The room was not cleaned properly despite multiple requests, and I had to deal with a strange smell in the room caused by a blocked drain. On top of that, there were crowbar marks near the window where someone had tried to break in. The customer service was appalling, as I couldn't get proper assistance for the issues I faced .

It had magnificent and perfect location minutes from St Canisius Church. A nice size room on top floors, had a REALLY GOOD stay. All the services were excellent.

High quality room with windows on car park and tea plus a safe. Particularly good and fab location - a short walk from St Canisius Church. Walking distance to a shopping centre and boutiques across the street.

The spacious accommodation, the friendly service, the comfy bed, the excellent amenities, a fantastic experience!

The room was well decorated and it had a shower and a shampoo, that's cool.

Good experience there. High standard, brand-new room with a luxurious bathroom. Amazing location, bars and restaurants walking distance to the hotel. Close to a bus stop in the busy area.

Stayed for 2 nights in a so-called economy double room, where the overpowering damp smell definitely took ambiance to a new low. After some effort, I received a much smaller 'upgrade' room, how generous! Oh, and their idea of cleanliness had me questioning my sanity. The outdoor view of a busy road was scintillating-said no one ever. Couldn't almost give this a good review but just couldn't.

We enjoyed our stay with a spacious classic double room, but the breakfast could've used better variety. Staff were super friendly and the location was handy as!

Recommend for a short interlude

Comfortable room, good breakfast, with a rainfall shower in the beautiful en-suite bathroom, made morning routines enjoyable, alongside friendly staff who fulfilled every request, all located conveniently an 8-minute walk from the underground station.

The stylish design of the lobby and library created a cute atmosphere, and the hotel's accessibility features made it easy for me to navigate throughout my stay.

Breakfast variety needs improvement for seniors.

Staying at this hotel with my family was quite enjoyable. The bus stop right outside made it easy for us to explore the city's major attractions without any hassle. We had a good time at the bar nearby, especially enjoying the cocktail happy hour. The cocktails at the hotel were delightful, making it a perfect wind-down after a day of sightseeing. While the air conditioning in our room wasn't functioning properly, the overall experience was pleasant enough to keep us content.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The bed was comfy, and the location was charming, surrounded by various eateries and bars. Really enjoyed the vibe of the Quentin 😊

Perfect spot for city adventures

Loved the spacious room and how quiet it was despite being on a busy road. Super convenient bus stop right outside made exploring the city easy. The staff was really nice, and the bar area was chill for evening drinks. Just wished the breakfast had more variety. Great vibes!

The powerful shower was refreshing, but the room lacked a functional refrigerator.
